INGREDIENTS
1 can Ayam Brand Baked Beans 425g
1 can Ayam Brand Tomato Puree 220g
400g chicken meat cut into medium pieces
2 carrots, cut into pieces 3cm
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
Seasoning: 2 teaspoon ground dried black pepper, 2 teaspoon salt, 3 table spoon sugar, 1 tablespoon cooking oil
COOKING
Heating cooking oil, add chicken into pan, fried until chicken cooked and get yellow brown outsite.
Heating cooking oil and garlic, pour tomato puree into pan with all ingredients of seasoning, mix well.
Adding chicken and carrot, mix well. Pour 500ml water into pan, cover by lid in 15 minutes until carrot is soft.
Adding baked beans and mix well, let mixture boil and turn off the stove.
PRESENTATION
Performing the bowl with black pepper and cilantro for decoration. Served hot with rice or bread.
