Ayam BrandTM Tuna Chunk in water 1 can
Girdle cake 8 pieces
Sliced carrot 100g
Sliced cassava Root 100g
Sliced black fungus 50g
Ground dried pepper 1 teaspoon
Cilantro 2 soup spoons
Oyster Oil 3 teaspoons
Sugar 2 teaspoons
Salt 1/3 teaspoon
Cooking Oil 250ml
HOW TO DO
Draining out Ayam BrandTM Tuna Chunk in Water
Heating 1 soup spoon cooking oil
Adding sliced carrot, cassava root, black fungus, cilantro => Mix well
Adding 3 teaspoons of oyster oil, 2 teaspoons sugar, 1/3 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon ground dried pepper => Mix well
Wetting the gridle cake
Adding 3 teaspoons mixture onto the wet girdle cake => rolling wrap
Heating oil, frying all rolling until they turn yellow. Take them out and and put on greaseproof paper.
PRESENTATION
Performing on dish with vegetable. Served with chilli sauce and mayonaise or or sweet-and-sour sauce.
